He fixes the problem in a timely manner. All plumbers are pricey but that is because he (they) do the work that is difficult, smelly, and back-breaking. He just changed out my water heater, insured my warranty was enforced, and saved me a lot of money. He’s responsive and does good work. Highly recommended!

He replaced my water heater and the quality of work was very high. After he was done he explained all the functions I needed to know. We ran the water and it all checked out great.
